Privacy and data protection

Policy version 1.0 — October 2026. Operational policy draft for deployment by VAYU Limited; obtain local legal review before accepting paid public bookings.

Who manages personal information?

VAYU Limited operates QUIQ Travel and supplies the technology and escalation support. Participating clubs collect and use customer details to offer their experiences and travel; a club’s role as a data controller or processor is determined by the actual commercial arrangement. JUTC is an independent transport provider when engaged. Each party must document its responsibilities.

Information collected

Names, email addresses, optional telephone numbers, purchase information, club staff credentials, club/player pass details, payment verification references, ticket tokens and check-in logs. No card details are collected by this manual-payment release.

Purposes and access

Booking, ticket delivery, passenger coordination, fraud prevention, account support and financial audit. Authorised club staff can view their own club records; QUIQ administrators have controlled operational access. Club data must not be shared with unrelated organisations.

Security and retention

Strong passwords, access controls, HTTPS, audit logging, least-privilege permissions and protected backups are required. The organisation must establish retention schedules, incident response and deletion/access request procedures before commercial launch. Transport trip location pins and place search queries are used for planning. When the administrator enables Geoapify, location queries and selected route coordinates are sent to that mapping provider. This release does not track passenger movements.

Contact and rights

Use the selling club’s published contact channels for booking information and QUIQ’s site support email for technical issues. Request access, correction or deletion where permitted by law. Personal data is not sold to advertisers.
