Platform terms of use

Version 1.0 — operational draft, requiring legal and commercial approval before paid launch.

Club responsibilities

Club owners must submit accurate organisation details, administer access, verify payments honestly, publish valid events and transport details, handle event-specific refunds, and comply with Jamaican law. Clubs retain their direct customer relationships; no general ticket marketplace is operated.

Reservations and payments

Manual payment methods only in this initial release. An order can remain pending until the club confirms payment. A ticket is not eligible for admission before verification. Clubs are responsible for local tax treatment, agreed refunds and payment disputes unless a signed programme agreement states otherwise.

Transport and advertising

Transport bookings are requests until the licensed operator confirms vehicles, routes and quotes. Player travel passes, branded buses, and transit media placements are proposed products until separately approved and contracted.

Use restrictions

Do not impersonate others, resell unauthorised tickets, probe another club’s data or abuse the system. QUIQ may suspend unsafe or fraudulent activity while investigating.

Service scope

QUIQ provides software and fulfilment coordination, not a guarantee of event performance, route availability or transport licensing.
